So, after 1wk I've lost 10lbs / 2" from waist / 2" from chest / 2" from thigh! I LOVE ATKINS!

Achieved BIG results in 2003-2004 (the first time) too, dropping from 260lbs to 193lbs! This low carb diet is the ONLY way to go!
