The last step is to be wrapped up in blankets to "cool-down"...yeah, seems weird. It's supposed to help keep your muscles from cramping.The room is darkened to just these candle-night lights with soft music and ocean wave noise. They do expect you to fall asleep, but we didn't. This goes on for 20 minutes or so.
After all this, our muscles just felt like jello! We were very calm and relaxed...We went in about 7PM and it all took just an hour. I think we fell asleep by 9pm!
